Our AI test generation runs in the background to prevent timeouts. Please wait 2-5 minutes and check your email for the test links. If you don't receive emails within 10 minutes, contact support.

Check that email addresses are correctly formatted. Ensure candidates check their spam folder. If issues persist, contact support with the test ID and candidate emails.

Ensure all required fields are filled and supporting documents are uploaded in supported formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT). Try again with a different language if the issue persists.
